- 8 taco shells
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup salsa
