  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 8 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar until well combined.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  3. Place a portion of the beef mixture and a few basil leaves on each wrapper, then fold and roll tightly.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the rolls until the beef is fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with slices of cucumber on the side.

Notes
