- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 8 rice paper wrappers
