  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken thighs.
  3. Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
