- 12 manicotti shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Fill the manicotti shells with the cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place filled manicotti shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
