Bacon Brussels Sprouts Butternut Squash Pasta

Delightful turkey bacon pasta with Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup butternut squash, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté Brussels sprouts and butternut squash until tender.
  4. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add the pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve warm.

  • For added flavor, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
