- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup butternut squash, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté Brussels sprouts and butternut squash until tender.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Serve warm.
