- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- In a blender, combine fresh corn, corn flour, salt, sugar, milk, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of the batter into the skillet for each cachapa.
