Vietnamese Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or fresh egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the skillet. Toss to combine.
